Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a field service technician to perform installation, maintenance, and repair of semiconductor equipment at the One North Coast facility.

You will diagnose hardware and process issues, support customers to maximize uptime, and work with engineering teams on escalations. Reading engineering diagrams and willingness to work in a cleanroom are assets. This is a yearly extendable contract with a bonus, and non-experienced hires are welcome.

Qualifications

• Able to read engineering documents and diagrams
• Semiconductor equipment maintenance, installation, or field service experience
• Maintenance, servicing, troubleshooting, or field service experience from manufacturing, automation, electronics, aerospace, precision engineering, or related industries
• Experience working with electrical, mechanical, automation, robotics, or industrial equipment
• Strong hands-on mechanical, electrical, or equipment maintenance experience
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer-focused with good communication skills
• Willingness to work in a cleanroom environment
• Non-experienced hires are welcome

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware, and process-related issues
• Support customers to maximize equipment uptime and performance
• Participate in escalations and collaborate with engineering teams on technical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational procedures
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain strong customer relationships
