Job summary

PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a technically skilled field service technician to install, maintain and repair semiconductor equipment at One-North Coast, Singapore.

You will diagnose hardware and process issues, support customers to maximise uptime, and work with engineering teams on escalations. Qualifications

• Strong hands-on mechanical and electrical maintenance skills.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, diagrams and specs.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a semiconductor environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of semiconductor equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve equipment, hardware and process-related issues.
• Support customers to maximise equipment uptime and performance.
• Participate in technical escalations and work with engineering teams to resolve complex issues.
• Follow safety, quality and operational procedures.
• Maintain a high standard of customer service and build customer relationships.
• Read engineering documents and understand technical specifications.
• Work in a cleanroom environment when required.
