Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 6pm

Our client provides engineering services like valve automation to the petrochemical, oil & gas, and pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities

• Participates in site survey and site implementation for all valve actuation related initiatives.
• Troubleshoots actuators and control instruments issues at site for customers.
• Works with operation team to schedule and prepare execution plan for service jobs.
• Conducts repair work both in-house and at customers’ site when required.
• Works with other teams within the Group to generate report for customers on root cause analysis.
• Works with the other business unit on customer’s challenges and derive solutions to solve other issues that they are facing.

Requirements

• A technical NITEC, diploma or degree in a relevant engineering discipline/or minimum 2 years of experience as a technician or Field Service Engineer in the industrial or commercial sector.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and work independently.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients.
• A valid driving license and flexibility to work outside of normal business hours as required.
• A proactive, safety-conscious approach and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
