Job summary

Staffking Pte Ltd is seeking a field service engineer to install, service, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment at customer sites in the North region. You will perform on-site troubleshooting, provide technical support, and prepare service reports.

A Diploma/Degree in engineering and 1–2 years’ experience are required, with AutoCAD proficiency and willingness to travel. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential to diagnose faults and coordinate with clients and

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in mechanical/electrical engineering.
• 1–2 years of field service or equipment maintenance experience.
• Read and understand electrical/technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Willing to travel to customer sites.
• Good communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Conduct on-site inspections and diagnose equipment faults at customer locations.
• Provide technical support and recommend suitable solutions to resolve equipment issues.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and routine equipment servicing.
• Assist customers with equipment operation and technical enquiries.
• Prepare service reports, maintenance records, and other technical documentation.
• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to follow up on service and repair matters.
• Ensure all work is carried out according to company safety procedures and standards.
• Travel to different customer sites when required.

• Able to readand understand electrical or technical drawings and manuals.
• Proficient inAutoCAD and able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Goodproblem-solving and analytical skills.
• Goodcommunication and customer service skills.
• Able to workindependently and handle on-site troubleshooting.
