AIM RECRUIT CONSULTANCY PTE. LIMITED is hiring a Field Service Engineer in Singapore. You will install, commission and train customers, perform after-sales support and site service, and manage diesel generator sets across departments.

You will also train distributors and maintain key customer relationships while addressing warranty issues and root-cause analysis where needed. Travel overseas when required and apply your power generation knowledge to ensure timely, effective service delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Willingness to travel overseas as required.
• Knowledge in power generation products.

Responsabilités

• Provide installation, commissioning and training to customers.
• After sales technical support, troubleshooting and site service to customers.
• Manage diesel generator sets to support to departments in terms of service and training.
• Ensures all technical and training documents are up-to-date and organized
• Provide training to distributors/dealers for service and troubleshooting skillsets.
• Maintain relationship with key customers to ensure issues are resolved.
• Technical assistance on factory test, investigates root causes of failures & recommend solution.
• Deal with customer on warranty issues and perform other service & training assigned.
