Job summary

A leading power solutions company based in Singapore is looking for a Technical Support Specialist to investigate customer complaints and provide after-sales support for diesel generator products. The ideal candidate should have a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering along with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role includes training distributors, maintaining relationships with key customers, and ensuring product operational efficiency through troubleshooting. A travel commitment across Asia Pacific is expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical support or customer service.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and Southeast Asia.
• Experience in handling diesel generator sets is highly beneficial.

Responsibilities
