A leading technical service company in Singapore is seeking a skilled technical support engineer to provide installation, commissioning, and training for customers. The ideal candidate will hold a diploma or degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of experience. Responsibilities include handling customer complaints, providing after-sales support, and training distributors. Willingness to travel in the Asia Pacific region is required. A strong customer service orientation is essential.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of relevant experience in technical support.
• Willingness to travel across Asia Pacific and South East Asia.
• Experience with power-generation products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints and product failures.
• Provide after-sales technical support and site service.
• Train customers and distributors on product operations.
• Assist in processing warranty claims.
• Investigate root causes of failures and recommend solutions.
