Job summary

A leading service provider in Singapore is looking for a Service Engineer to manage equipment troubleshooting at customer sites. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Electronics or Electrical Engineering, with 2-3 years of experience in handling access control and surveillance systems. Strong communication skills and a valid Class 3 driving license are required for this role. This position includes periodic maintenance duties and collaboration with customers and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in troubleshooting card access systems, alarm systems, CCTV.
• Valid Class 3 driving license.
• Stand-by duty required.

Responsibilities

• Attend to equipment faults at customers’ premises.
• Liaise with customers and sub-contractors on all aspects of project activities.
• Monitor work progress to ensure schedules and quality are met.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment for installation.
• Carry out periodic maintenance for customers.
