Job summary

SNKH SERVICES is seeking a field service professional to perform preventive maintenance and calibration at customer sites, ensuring adherence to approved procedures and checklists. You will complete PM checklists accurately, maintain documentation, and promptly update the CRM system after service activities.

Responsibilities include communicating service status to customers and the Thermo Fisher team, maintaining tools in good condition, and supporting the targeted 95% on-time PM completion

• Perform preventive maintenance and calibration services in accordance with approved procedures, checklists and service requirements.
• Carry out field service activities safely, efficiently and professionally at customer sites.
• Complete and update PM checklists accurately and maintain good documentation practices.
• Use the designated CRM/ticketing system to update and close service jobs promptly.
• Provide completed checklists and electronic service reports to customers following service activities.
• Maintain service quality and support achievement of the targeted on-time PM completion rate of 95%.
• Communicate service status, issues and follow-up requirements clearly to customers and the Thermo Fisher team.
• Use company-provided tools and test equipment appropriately and maintain them in serviceable condition.
• The scope of work may be subject to change from time to time in accordance with business needs and operational requirements.
