Job summary

Essentials (SG) Pte Ltd in Singapore is expanding and hiring five Sales representatives to join our growing team. You will conduct door-to-door and outdoor sales to identify and approach new business customers, visiting F&B establishments, manufacturers, hotels, and other potential buyers.

You will promote disposable PPE, gloves, aprons, masks, and packaging products, tailor proposals, prepare quotations, and follow up to convert enquiries into orders.

Qualifications

• Sales experience, preferably in B2B, wholesale, trading, or F&B supplies.
• Willingness to travel around Singapore.
• Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced outdoor sales role.

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door / outdoor sales to identify and approach new business customers.
• Prospect for new customers through cold visits, calls, WhatsApp and other sales channels.
• Visit F&B establishments, food manufacturers, central kitchens, restaurants, hotels and other potential business customers.
• Promote and sell the company's products including PPE, gloves, aprons, masks, vacuum bags and packaging products.
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Prepare quotations and follow up to convert enquiries into sales.
• Arrange and provide product samples where required.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Follow up regularly for repeat orders and new requirements.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell other products.
• Monitor customer accounts and sales activities using the company's sales system.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall company goals.
• Maintain records of customer visits, enquiries, quotations and sales activities.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, pricing and market developments.
• Collaborate with Sales Admin, Warehouse and Management for order fulfilment.
• Attend customer meetings and conduct product presentations as needed.
• Perform other sales-related and ad-hoc duties.
