Job summary

TALENTS@WORK PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a sales-focused role in Singapore to promote electricity-related products and services at multiple locations. You will engage customers professionally, explain offers clearly, and guide them through the purchase process.

The position requires standing for extended periods, a basic GCE N/O Level, and preferably prior retail or outdoor sales experience. Mandarin communication is a plus to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N' or O' Level qualification.
• Experience in retail or outdoor sales is an advantage.
• Comfortable standing for extended periods.
• Ability to communicate, including Mandarin, with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and meet targets.
• Willing to work at different locations islandwide.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electricity-related products and services at designated locations
• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner
• Explain offers clearly and guide customers through the purchase process
• Collaborate with backend support teams for post-sales fulfilment
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
