Job summary

Talents@Work Pte Ltd is recruiting for a Sales role focused on selling electricity-related products and services across various locations in Singapore. You will engage customers professionally, explain offers clearly, and guide them through the purchase process to close sales.

You should be comfortable standing for long periods, with a minimum GCE N/ O Level. Mandarin communication is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers, and a strong drive to meet targets with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE N’ or O’ Level qualification.
• Prior experience in retail or outdoor sales is an advantage.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods.
• Able to communicate effectively, including in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and meet targets.
• Willing to work at different locations islandwide.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell electricity-related products and services at designated locations.
• Engage with customers in a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
• Explain offers clearly and guide customers through the purchase process.
• Collaborate with backend support teams for post-sales fulfilment.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
