Job summary

Applied Materials Singapore is seeking a Field Product Readiness Engineer to lead readiness validation and cross-functional collaboration for Etch, MDP, and DDP products. You will drive field readiness, translate observations into actionable actions, and ensure smooth transitions from early readiness through NPI and HVM.

You will collaborate with field teams, SBU, GPS, and customers, manage blockers, and contribute to AIxReadiness initiatives and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field.
• 7–10 years hands-on experience in Etch/MDP/ DDP products.
• Strong problem-solving and field data interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Lead readiness validation for complex products and multi-site streams.
• Coordinate cross-functional readiness gaps and field introduction risks.
• Provide field-grounded recommendations to improve serviceability.
• Capture lessons learned and feed into knowledge transfer.
• Ensure readiness learnings translate into installation and training updates.
