Job summary

SERANGOON ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on site supervisor for construction projects including DNR, WDA, DEPOT MRT & ICA sites.

Candidate may be required to work long hours and on weekends/public holidays. The role involves site inspections with RTO, coordinating workers, planning schedules, controlling costs, and implementing Safety, Health and Environmental measures while maintaining strong client relations.

Qualifications

• Willing to work on Construction DNR,WDA,DEPOT MRT & ICA projects.
• Must work Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays if required.
• Site work and attend inspection with RTO.
• Sales and Marketing involvement required.
• Planning for workers schedule, cost control, and implementing Safety, Health and Environmental measures for projects.
• Site ACMV, ELECT & LV cable pulling works at Existing water reclamation plant Singapore (Existing Water Plant).
• Planning to carry on site sales and marketing.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site construction duties including ACMV, electrical and LV cable installations at water reclamation facilities.
• Coordinate with RTO on inspections and site compliance.
• Plan and schedule workers to meet project timelines.
• Control project costs and ensure adherence to Safety, Health and Environmental policies.
• Maintain and develop client relationships and coordinate with Sales/Marketing teams.
• Support on-site sales activities and marketing efforts.
