Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning operations at assigned work locations.
• Assign duties and work schedules to cleaning staff and ensure sufficient manpower.
• Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, work performance and productivity.
• Ensure cleaning tasks are carried out according to procedures and standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain cleanliness, hygiene and quality.
• Ensure staff comply with safety requirements and proper use of equipment.
• Arrange materials, equipment and supplies, and monitor stock levels.
• Handle client feedback, complaints and operational issues, and take corrective action.
• Prepare daily work reports, attendance records and other documents.
• Report manpower issues and site matters to management.
