Job summary

HUALI MANAGEMENT CONSULTANTS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Cleaning Supervisor in Singapore to oversee daily cleaning operations across sites and maintain high hygiene standards.

You will plan schedules, allocate manpower coverage, train cleaners on methods and safety, and liaise with clients to address feedback and resolve issues. The role requires hands-on cleaning as needed and strict adherence to safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising cleaning teams.
• Ability to plan and assign work schedules.
• Experience conducting site inspections for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to train staff on cleaning methods and safety protocols.
• Monitor attendance and performance; report issues to management.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the cleaning team and ensure daily cleaning duties are completed according to the required standards.
• Plan work schedules, assign cleaning duties and arrange manpower coverage when necessary.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all assigned areas are clean, hygienic and well maintained.
• Guide and train cleaners on proper cleaning methods and the safe use of cleaning equipment and chemicals.
• Monitor staff attendance and work performance, and report any manpower or operational issues to management.
• Monitor cleaning supplies and equipment, arrange replenishment and report equipment faults promptly.
• Liaise with clients or site representatives, follow up on feedback and resolve cleaning-related issues.
• Ensure the team follows workplace safety procedures and uses appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Carry out hands‑on cleaning duties when required.
• Perform other related duties assigned by management.
