Job summary

Trane Technologies is seeking a Controls Project Engineer – Programming in Singapore. The role involves providing engineering support from validation to project implementation, determining material requirements, and programming devices to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

Diploma/ Degree in Engineering or Building Control in relevant field.
Min 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
Experience in PLC programming is an added advantage.
Knowledge of IT networking and database programming is beneficial.
Knowledge of industrial protocols (BACnet/Modbus/LONTalk) is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Provide engineering support to the Project team from validation to project implementation.
Identify material and equipment requirements during validation.
Prepare and submit engineering submittals.
Program devices and create graphics per project requirements.
Assist in testing and commissioning of system equipment.
Assist in preparation and submission of operation and maintenance manuals.
Provide BoQ for projects.
Adhere to quality and EHS standards.
