Field Engineer – Semiconductor Equipment & Systems

Job summary

HRnetOne is seeking a Field Engineer to support front-end semiconductor OEMs and fabrication customers on-site. You will investigate complex fluid/gas delivery issues, lead technical investigations, and recommend solutions to improve tool performance, uptime, and yield.

You will work closely with customer engineering and operations teams, Sales, Engineering Services, and global resources to ensure customer success and strong domain expertise in semiconductor processes and high-purity systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, Materials or Instrumentation Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Five+ years of relevant front-end semiconductor OEM or fabrication experience.
• Hands-on experience with semiconductor manufacturing equipment including installation, startup, qualification, troubleshooting, or optimization.
• Experience working directly in semiconductor fabrication facilities and production environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical support to semiconductor OEMs and fabrication customers for fluid and gas delivery systems.
• Investigate and resolve complex tool, system, and process-related issues affecting uptime and yield.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Support equipment installation, startup, qualification, troubleshooting and performance optimisation at customer sites.
• Lead technical discussions with customer teams and recommend improvements for safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering Services, and Product teams to address customer needs.
