MEDIAONLINE INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Field Support Engineer to install, configure, and troubleshoot our digital signage hardware and CMS software for clients in Singapore.

You will split time between in-office preparation, on-site deployments, and urgent troubleshooting within strict SLA timelines, with emphasis on secure network integration and clear service reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Cybersecurity or related technical field required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of LAN, VLANs, DNS and IP routing.

Responsabilités

• Digital signage hardware setup in-office before deployment.
• CMS software support, configurations, and troubleshooting for clients.
• Monitor and resolve SLA-bound incidents and requests.
• On-site deployment and hands-on troubleshooting at client premises.
• Prepare comprehensive service reports with root cause and actions.
• Configure network settings (TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, LAN) on-site for secure connections.
