Job summary

Experian Credit Services Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a field-based debt collection professional in Singapore. You will perform house visits to manage collections, investigate information observed, and maintain precise records of client interactions and outcomes.

You will travel extensively within assigned areas, collaborate with internal teams, and aim to meet collection targets while complying with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore driving license (Class 2A/2B) and own vehicle.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings.
• Experience or knowledge of debt collection is a plus.

What you’ll need to bring to the role & Experian

• Carrying out proper investigation, analysis and observation of house visited


• Maintain accurate records of all collection activities and client interactions


• Updating the office immediately on information obtained on house visits


• Attending urgent or impromptu meetings held in the office


• Collaborate with the internal team to improve collection strategies and processes


• Achieving collection targets driven by corporate goals


• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations during collection activities

More about you

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 2A/2B driving license and possess own motor vehicle

• Knowledge of debt collection laws and regulations is a plus

• This position requires travel to various client locations and may involve extended periods of walking, standing, and interaction with customers in person. A significant portion of time is spent outside the office, and field visits may be conducted in varying weather conditions.
