Job summary

KLA FaST division seeks talented specialists to deliver high-level applications support for metrology products used in semiconductor manufacturing. You will work with engineering, sales and marketing teams and customers to troubleshoot, characterize tools, and develop robust application recipes and training materials.

The role involves leading product introduction activities, sharing knowledge through BKMs, and supporting demonstrations and trials across global customers.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in engineering, physics, optics or materials science.
• Experience in semiconductor processing or equipment industry preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, analytical, leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (>50%).

Responsibilities

• Provide high level applications support for KLA FaST metrology products.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales and marketing teams and customer engineers.
• Lead product introduction projects: characterization, alpha/beta testing, pilot tool support.
• Develop and share best known methods (BKMs) and training materials for worldwide Field Applications.
• Publish papers or present findings at industry venues.
• Coordinate in-house customer demonstrations and head-to-head activities.
