Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is looking for an Application Specialist to provide technical support, demonstrate products, and perform sample analysis for customers. You will train customers, deliver on-site and remote assistance, and travel to client sites as needed.

Office hours are Monday to Friday with permanent employment. The role involves coordinating with sales and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related discipline.
• Experience with laboratory analytical instruments is preferred.
• Able to conduct customer training and onsite demonstrations.
• Comfortable providing onsite and remote technical support.
• Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
