RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Application Specialist to provide technical and applications expertise across the laboratory instrument portfolio. You will partner with Sales, Service, and Marketing to translate customer needs into validated analytical solutions, spanning feasibility testing, product demonstrations, and post-sales support.

The role includes onsite troubleshooting and customer training to ensure compliant, reliable results and full value from instruments and services.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise for laboratory analytical solutions aligned to customer requirements.
• Prepare feasibility and sample-analysis reports in collaboration with field sales team.
• Support sales with sample analyses and demonstrations to showcase instrument applications.
• Deliver remote and onsite troubleshooting, gathering information and providing a clear solution path.
