Job summary
RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking an Application Specialist to join our team in Singapore. You will provide technical support, conduct product demonstrations, perform sample analyses, and train customers on instrument use, with travel to client sites as needed.
The role requires a degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences or related discipline, and prior experience with laboratory analytical instruments is preferred. Onsite and remote support may be required, and the position is permanent.
Qualifications
- Degree in Chemistry, Life Sciences, Biomedical Science, or related discipline.
- Experience with laboratory analytical instruments is preferred.
- Able to conduct customer training and onsite demonstrations.
- Comfortable providing onsite and remote technical support.
- Willing to travel to customer sites when required.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support to customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Demonstrate products and perform sample analyses for clients.
- Deliver customer training and onboarding sessions.
- Troubleshoot instrument issues and coordinate resolutions.
- Support sales with technical knowledge and product demos.
