Job summary

AAC Technologies in Singapore is seeking a skilled MEMS/ASIC-focused professional to provide technical support, promote products, and engage with customers to gather requirements and feedback. You will work with MEMS, ASIC, and system engineering teams to resolve issues and contribute to product documentation and adoption.

Ideal candidates hold a relevant engineering degree and have knowledge of MEMS device principles and ASIC concepts, with experience in MEMS/ASIC applications highly encouraged.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Knowledge of MEMS device principles, fabrication processes, and basic ASIC design concepts.
• Candidates with MEMS and ASIC applications experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical contact for customers by addressing technical inquiries, providing product solutions, and troubleshooting issues.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's MEMS and ASIC product portfolio and recommend suitable solutions based on customer application and chip performance requirements.
• Gather customer requirements, identify pain points, and communicate valuable feedback to internal engineering teams to support product improvements and future development.
• Perform first-level technical support, including failure analysis and debugging, while collaborating with MEMS, ASIC, and system engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Prepare technical documents, application notes, user guides, and presentations to enhance customer understanding and support product adoption.

• Problem Solving:Perform first-level technical support, including failure analysis (FA) and debugging, while collaborating with MEMS, ASIC, and system engineering teams to resolve complex technical issues.

• Documentation:Prepare technical documents, application notes, user guides, and presentations to enhance customer understanding and support product adoption.
