Job summary

A leading technology company in Singapore seeks an individual responsible for product design development communication and managing customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a minimum of 10 years of industry experience and strong communication skills in English and Chinese. A Bachelor's degree is required, with preference for an MBA. Candidates with experience in ODM factories at DELL/HP are highly encouraged to apply, ideally with Malaysian nationality.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years work experience in EMS/ODM/Monitor industry.
• 5-10 years in engineering in ODM or electronics industry.
• Candidates who worked as ME or FAE in ODM factories at DELL/HP preferred.

Job description

1) Be responsible for the development communication of product design with customers, including but not limited to ID/UI/UX construction, ID feedback, DFM review, and CAE analysis.

2) Be responsible for the daily maintenance of customer relationships, including those with PMS, ME, GOE, and RD.

3) Internally, be responsible for optimizing the product structure and defining standards during the new product introduction stage.

4) Education Background: Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA is preferred.

5) Training Experience: Minimum 10 years work experience in EMS/ODM/Monitor industry.

6) Experience: 5-10 years in engineering in ODM or electronics industry.

7) Skills and Techniques: Good communication skills in both English and Chinese. Good interpersonal skills. Leadership qualities and ability to coordinate teamwork. Proficiency in Chinese for effective communication with Chinese-speaking clients.

8) Candidates who have previously worked as ME or FAE in ODM factories at DELL/HP are preferred.

9) Priority will be given to candidates of Malaysian nationality.
