Job summary

You will conduct regular site visits to understand PPE, tool and consumables needs and identify new business opportunities across the construction sector. The role requires 3–4 years in B2B outdoor sales, willingness to travel across Singapore, and a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Qualifications

• 3 to 4 years of B2B outdoor/field sales experience.
• Willing to travel across Singapore.
• Valid Class 3 driving licence; own vehicle an advantage.
• Strong relationship-building, negotiation and follow-through skills.
• Diploma or above, with a target-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of named construction accounts (main contractors, subcontractors, M&E contractors and facilities management firms).
• Conduct regular on-site visits to project sites, site offices and stores to understand tool, PPE and consumables requirements.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and prospect new construction-sector leads.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, negotiate pricing within gross-margin guidelines, and close orders.
• Coordinate within door sales and warehouse teams to ensure order accuracy, stock availability and on-time delivery.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and drive timely collections in line with agreed credit terms.
• Build trusted relationships with site supervisors, procurement managers and project managers.
• Keep abreast of PPE and Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Act requirements relevant to construction sites.
• Report on pipeline, account performance and market intelligence to the Sales Manager.
