Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Manager (Outdoor) to grow a Singapore-based customer portfolio, drive targets and support field operations. This role requires hands-on leadership and regular client engagement on-site.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in outdoor sales, preferably in building materials or air sanitation, with a diploma/degree in Business, Engineering or CS. Class 3 license and own vehicle are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years working experience in related field.
• At least 2 years outdoor sales experience, preferably in Building Materials.
• Experience in sale of consumer products, preferably in Air Sanitizer.
• Contact with Architects/Interior Designers is an added advantage.
• Meet up with clients on-site.

Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of existing customers and acquiring new customers in Singapore.
• Driving and meeting annual sales targets.
• Ability to manage a sales team and follow-up on clients' payments.
• Pro-active in supporting new sales ideas/proposals/decisions.
• To manage own inventory.
