Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd invites applications for a Drafter position based in Woodlands, Singapore. The role involves drafting, coordinating fibre installation with clients and building management, and supporting the project team.

Requirements include a degree in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering and at least 2 years in construction experience, preferably in cable projects. Salary ranges from 3,000 to 3,800 SGD monthly.

Qualifications

Degree in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry, preferably in cable projects.

Responsibilities

Administers project team for fibre installation for non-residential/commercial buildings; coordinates with client, building management and customers for site survey.
Able to purchase plan route maps and apply Notice of Commencement Earthworks applications for utilities (Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, SCDF, etc).
Finalization of claim submission for cable works (Trial Hole, Cable pulling, Pipelaying, Joint/Termination) to the Power Grid NOVA system.
Monitor and update the list of work done claims for the master work status log.
Report work and claim status to Project Engineers and Project Managers; participate in project meetings and conference calls.
Create drawings and models from written/verbal specifications and ensure coordination with Engineers and Designers.
