Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Architectural Drafter to support fibre installation projects in non-residential/commercial buildings. You will coordinate with clients and building management, prepare route maps, and handle notices of commencement for utilities.

Responsibilities include drafting, 3D model development, and maintaining drawing revisions under the direction of Project Engineers. Woodlands office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–6:00 PM, Singapore.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Administers project team for fibre installation and coordinates with client, building management and customers for site survey.
• Purchase plan route maps and apply Notice of Commencement Earthworks for utilities (Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, SCDF).
• Finalization of claim submission for cable works (Trial Hole, Cable pulling, Pipelaying and termination) to Power Grid NOVA system.
• Monitor and update the list of work done claims and status.
• Report work and claim status to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Handle complex designing and drafting tasks under minimal supervision.
• Create drawings and models from specifications provided by Project Engineer.
• Ensure model accuracy with Engineers and adhere to drafting standards.
• Collaborate with Designers, Drafters and Engineers for coordinated design work.
• Review drawings for completeness and maintain revision logs.
• Develop 3D models from prototypes and 2D drawings.
• Check drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Provide timely technical assistance and solutions to the team.
• Participate in project meetings and calls as required
