Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an Architectural Drafter to support fibre installation projects in non-residential/commercial buildings. You will coordinate with clients, building management, and customers for site surveys and assist in drafting and design tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include creating drawings from specifications, ensuring accuracy, maintaining drawing logs, and collaborating with engineers and project teams to meet project milestones.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Administers project team for fibre installation for non-residential/commercial building; coordinates with client, building management and customers for site survey.
• Able to purchase plan route maps and apply Notice of Commencement Earthworks for utilities (Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, SCDF, etc).
• Finalization of claim submission for work done (cable work) claims to Power Grid NOVA system.
• Monitor and update the list of work done claims; update master list for work status.
• Report work and claim status to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Handle complex designing and drafting assignments under minimal supervision.
• Create drawings and models from written and verbal specifications from Project Engineer.
• Work with Engineers on model accuracy, drawing standards and design documentation.
• Coordinate with Designers, Drafters and Engineers to maintain design effort.
• Review drawings for completeness and accuracy; maintain drawing log and revisions.
• Develop 3D models by analyzing prototypes and 2D drawings.
• Examine and check engineering drawings for compliance with specifications.
• Provide timely technical assistance to the team.
• Participate in project meetings and conference calls as required.
