Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Drafter in Singapore (Woodlands) to support fibre installation projects for non-residential buildings.

You will liaise with clients, building management and customers for site surveys and produce compliant drawings and models from project specifications. The ideal candidate holds a degree in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering with at least 2 years in construction, preferably in cable projects, and will contribute to design coordination

Qualifications

Degree in Architectural, Civil or Structural Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the construction industry.
Experience in cable-related projects preferred.

Responsibilities

Administers project team for fibre installation and coordinates with client, building management and customers for site surveys.
Purchases plan route maps and applies Notice of Commencement Earthworks for utilities (Cable, Gas, Telco, PUB, SCDF).
Finalizes and submits cable work claims to the NOVA system; tracks status of claims.
Monitors and updates the list of work-done claims and master status.
Reports work and claim status to Project Engineers and Project Managers.
Develops drawings and 3D models from written/verbal specifications.
Ensures design coordination, drafting standards and documentation quality.
Maintains drawing revisions and logs.
Collaborates with Designers, Drafters and Engineers to ensure coordinated design effort.
Reviews drawings for completeness and accuracy.
