Job summary

Aedas is seeking a specialist to lead FF&E selection and specification for hospitality and lifestyle projects. You will work closely with the design team to deliver integrated, high-quality interiors that meet project goals.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or related field, at least five years' experience in a similar role, and proven experience in hospitality design. Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, Illustrator and Photoshop is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar FF&E role.
• Experience in hospitality design.
• Knowledge of building codes and interior design principles.

Responsibilities

• Develop FF&E concepts, presentations and material boards.
• Source and specify furniture, lighting, and accessories.
• Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers and clients on bespoke furniture and finishes.
• Maintain FF&E schedules, specification and documentation.
• Stay updated on trends, products, and materials relevant to project needs.
