Job summary

Elliott Moss Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a senior Business Analyst with extensive IT experience to translate business requirements into functional specs and support complex banking projects.

You will work with stakeholders, IT teams, and project managers on Fenergo configurations, SDLC processes, and planning, SIT, and UAT, leveraging 10+ years of experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; IT experience is essential.
• 10+ years of IT experience.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fenergo experience is an advantage; PMP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather and translate business requirements into functional requirements.

• 5+ years of BA experience in Banking, preferably KYC/Onboarding/CLM.
• Knowledge of SDLC and basic IT project management.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fenergo experience is an advantage. PMP certification is a plus.
