Responsibilities include managing in-store and online sales using POS systems, keeping displays tidy, and assisting with events and workshops. Weekday and weekend availability is required.

Daily Retail Sales Operations

• Greet and welcome customers warmly.
• Assist customers by demonstrating products and helping them find clothing sizes.
• Act as a brand ambassador, sharing the brand's vision and story with customers.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the retail store.
• Manage in-store and online sales using POS systems.
• Keep displays tidy, steam clothing, wrap orders, and manage inventory.
• Oversee daily operations related to logistics and inventory.
• Facilitate positive customer experiences both online and offline.
• Engage with customers and participate in various retail activities and customer service tasks.

Events and Workshops (In-Store)

• Assist in planning in-store events and workshops for customers.
• Support events by taking photos/videos, helping customers and partners, packing orders, etc.
• Set up workshops and events, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared.
• Prepare items such as beads, pliers, boxes, mannequins, changing rooms, and clothing racks for events.

Job Types:

• Part-Time: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
• Full-Time: Base Salary of $2000, commissions to be discussed based on qualifications and experience
