Job summary

ECHOMARKETING SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate (Daily&Co) to greet customers and showcase popular Korean lifestyle brands including andar, Mongze, Titad, and Klug at locations near major MRT stations.

You will assist customers, maintain product displays per brand guidelines, and help with stock replenishment while providing friendly, attentive service. This role will be based in our stores at Marina Square, Takashimaya, and VivoCity.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Retail/customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work retail hours including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Face of the brand, delivering excellent customer service.
• Welcome customers and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Help customers find products that fit their needs.
• Arrange and display products per brand guidelines.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
