Job summary

A*STAR - Agency for Science, Technology and Research is seeking a SB Fellowship Manager in Singapore to lead operations for the flagship Innovation, Faculty and Regional Fellowships. You will coordinate with Fellowship Heads, Fellows and partners across the Med-/HealthTech network, ensuring timely delivery of programmes within tight timelines.

You will work closely with local and international partners, manage budgets and contracts, and develop curriculum and events that enhance SB’s talent

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in industry/research/healthcare clusters.
• Experience with project or programme management.
• Proficient in MS Office (Microsoft Project, Word, Powerpoint and Excel).
• Excellent listening, writing, presentation, organizational and relationship building skills required.
• Enjoy working in a small team, start‑up talent development environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute and manage Fellowships operations, main POC for Fellows
• Support Fellowship Heads and Senior Assistant Director (Talent) in relevant programme development, management and execution
• Support Fellowship‑related marketing and events
• Support local and international partnerships relevant to Fellowships
• Support the preparation of partnership agreements and contracts
• Interface with relevant Corporate Group Services such as procurement, Finance
• Support curriculum development for SB’s training initiatives relevant to Fellowships
• Support budget management and work with Finance to monitor financial movements of SB’s budget
• Manage external stakeholders and fellows with a strong customer service mindset, demonstrating responsiveness, empathy, and the ability to build positive relationships while balancing programme objectives

The SB Fellowship Manager will be mainly responsible for managing and executing the programme’s flagship Innovation, Faculty and Regional Fellowships. Applicants should be driven, passionate about Med‑/HealthTech, able to deliver within strict timelines, and have experience with project/programme management. The role requires a team player who enjoys a dynamic working environment, and provides the opportunity to work with local and international Med‑/HealthTech partners in the Singapore Biodesign network.
