Job summary

You will isolate electrical failures, perform physical failure analysis, and work with multiple engineering teams to ensure defects are root-caused and properly classified. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and the ability to present complex failure mechanisms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s/PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Materials Science.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great teamwork.
• Ability to present complex information effectively in large meetings.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical device characterization to determine failure mechanisms.
• Operate fault isolation equipment to pinpoint defects.
• Conduct physical failure analysis and classify defects.
• Collaborate with frontend/backend and GQ teams to resolve defects.
• Present findings weekly to drive process improvements.
