Job summary

4FINGERS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated Kitchen Crews to join the team. You will prepare food items (including frying), maintain kitchen cleanliness, and ensure food safety and hygiene are met at all times.

Responsibilities include cooking to company standards, portioning, operating kitchen equipment safely, receiving inventory, and assisting during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen or food preparation role in fast food industry (QSR).
• Possess valid Food Hygiene Level 1 certificate.
• Able to work in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices in Singapore.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking according to company recipes and standards.
• Ensure proper portioning and presentation of food.
• Operate fryer and kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen equipment and workstations.
• Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines strictly.
• Assist in receiving and storing inventory and supplies.
• Support team members during peak hours to ensure smooth operations.
