Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (M&E) in Singapore to manage cost estimates and budgets for MEP projects at Kaki Bukit.

You will prepare tender documents, perform detailed take-offs, monitor cost variations and advise on cost-saving measures while ensuring compliance with regulations.

Applicants should have a Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or equivalent and a minimum of 3 years' M&E QS experience in construction or commercial sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of M&E QS experience in construction or commercial.
• Strong knowledge of Mechanical (ACMV - Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) and Electrical, Plumbing & Sanitary works.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates by analysing project drawings and specifications.
• Perform detailed material and labour take-offs for MEP works, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Sanitary works.
• Develop and manage project budgets, monitor cost variations, and recommend cost-saving measures.
• Prepare tender documents, evaluate bids from sub-contractors & suppliers, and assist with procurement.
• Manage MEP related contracts, handle variations and claims, and ensure compliance with contract terms.
• Identify and implement cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality.
• Assess risks related to costs and contracts.
• Produce regular cost reports and provide actionable insights.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Ensure all works comply with relevant regulations, codes and industry standards.
