Job summary

Euro Staffs is seeking a Fashion Product Developer in Singapore to lead end-to-end development of apparel collections from concept to pre-production. You will translate sketches into tech packs, manage fittings, and coordinate with offshore factories to hit cost and quality targets.

Ideal candidates have a diploma or degree in fashion-related fields and a track record in product development, with strong English communication and proficiency in Illustrator/Excel.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Apparel Product Development, Textile Science, or a related discipline.
• Proven track record in fashion product development, apparel merchandising, or technical garment construction workflows.
• Fluency reading and developing technical drawings; proficient with Illustrator, Photoshop, PLM software, or Excel.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams and international factories.

Responsibilities

• Tech Pack Development: translate concepts into detailed technical specs with BOM.
• Sampling & Fitting Lifecycle: oversee prototype sampling through pre-production and fit sessions.
• Material Sourcing & Testing: evaluate fabrics, trims, and components from global suppliers.
• Vendor & Factory Management: coordinate with international manufacturing partners to meet timelines.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance: ensure bulk productions meet brand guidelines and standards.
• Critical Path Maintenance: manage the product development calendar for on-schedule launches.
