Job summary

The Walt Disney Company (Southeast Asia) in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sourcing Manager to own end-to-end apparel development and production. You will drive fabric sourcing, vendor management, and digital development, aligning designs with cost targets and speed‑to‑market.

You will collaborate with Design, Merchandising and Technical teams, and lead 3D digital development initiatives to shorten cycles while maintaining garment quality and performance across Asia markets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in apparel product development or sourcing.
• Experience with fabric sourcing and garment development.
• Exposure to 3D product creation tools preferred.
• Strong knowledge of apparel construction and fabrics.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin for Asia-market stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Source fabrics and manage vendor relationships end‑to‑end.
• Lead product development from concept to bulk production.
• Collaborate with Design, Technical Design, Merchandising and Suppliers.
• Utilise 3D tools for virtual sampling and digital development.
• Balance cost with product integrity and schedule timelines.
