Job summary

Disney Experiences in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Sourcing Manager to lead end-to-end apparel development, fabric selection and production readiness. You will drive digital development with 3D tools, partner with design, merchandising and suppliers, and balance cost targets with design intent.

This role requires 5+ years in apparel sourcing, strong communication in English and Mandarin, and a track record delivering scalable apparel programs.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in apparel product development or sourcing.
• Experience with fabric sourcing and garment development.
• Exposure to 3D product creation tools preferred.
• Strong apparel construction, fit, and fabric knowledge.
• Understanding of textile performance and testing.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin Chinese for Asia markets.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Execute sourcing strategies aligned to vendor capability.
• Lead development from concept to production readiness.
• Translate design into production-ready garments with fit and materials.
• Partner with Technical Design on fit approvals and garment engineering.
• Utilize 3D tools for virtual sampling and digital validation.
• Manage costing and drive value engineering while balancing quality.
