Job summary

DEAR LYLA PTE. LTD. is seeking independent individuals to join our team in Singapore. The role involves packing orders, unpacking cargo, quality checks of clothing and stock counts, stock takes, and organizing warehouse racks.

You will also handle exchanges and returns, assist customers at our showroom, respond to emails, and provide support for ad-hoc duties. Nights shifts apply for livestream events as required.

Qualifications

• Packing orders and unpacking cargo accurately.
• Quality checks of clothing and maintaining stock counts.
• Stocktaking and organizing warehouse racks.
• Processing exchanges and returns according to policy.
• Assist customers at showroom and respond to emails.
• Support ad-hoc duties including livestream events (night shifts).

• Packing of orders
• Unpack cargo shipments
• Quality checks of clothing & stock count
• Stocktake and arrangement of warehouse racks
• Processing of exchanges and returns
• Attending to customers at our showroom
• Attending to customer emails
• Provide support to any ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Assisting with livestreams (will be required to work night shift on livestream days)

Full TimeCommitment Period:

• 5 days a week(At least one weekend required during Nov - Feb period)
• Only Singaporeans/PRs are allowed
• Male and females are both welcome
