Job summary

TDCX in Singapore is hiring a Fair Play Analyst to guide borderline cases, enforce policies, and onboard new analysts.

You will analyze behavioral data, identify cheating methods, and collaborate with teammates to share insights, while supporting Esports/community initiatives.

This role requires strong detail orientation, integrity, and excellent English and Portuguese communication, with growth opportunities in a global BPO environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess at least an Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent
• Preferably 2 years of related working experience
• Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting behavioral data
• Knowledge of cheating methods, botting, or fraud in online multiplayer games
• Attention to detail and sound judgments in ambiguity
• High integrity handling sensitive account information
• Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills

Responsibilities

• Act as a peer resource for Fair Play Analysts, guiding borderline cases or unclear scenarios
• Support consistent application of Fair Play policies and enforcement guidelines
• Help onboard and mentor new analysts by sharing knowledge, investigation tips, and workflow support
• Identify emerging abuse tactics or inconsistencies in enforcement, and elevate
• Participate in calibrations, pilot initiatives, or case reviews to support continuous improvement
• Drive team engagement with Esports/Community functions
• Collaborate with other team members to align practices and share investigation insights
• Performing any extra tasks required that fall in the Fair Play Spectrum
• Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by management within the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Quality Management System of TDCX
