Apple Singapore invites you to join our Failure Analysis team to perform comprehensive FA during the development NPI process, using advanced FA tools to uncover failure mechanisms in cutting-edge devices. You will work with the team to ensure reliability and drive innovation across products.

You will collaborate with cross-functional groups to identify root causes, run simulations, and develop robust solutions while supporting multiple projects in a fast, dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/Master's in Materials, Chemistry or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years’ experience in electrical fault isolation or 3+ years’ experience in physical FA using X-ray/SEM/FIB/X-section.
• Experience with surface morphology tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive Failure Analysis during the NPI process.
• Perform hands-on FA using advanced FA tools and methodologies to identify failure mechanisms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for root-cause analysis, simulations and solutions.
