Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Test Engineer to perform electrical and physical failure analysis on device anomalies and qual failures. You will use advanced FA tools (FIB/EDX, SEM, Ion Millers, CSAM) and script data analyses with Bash/Python in a Unix environment.

Collaboration with process owners and product teams will drive improvements across FA workflows. You will help develop new FA techniques, maintain strict lab safety and 6S standards, and deliver detailed reports for

Qualifications

Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering required.
Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills.
Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across levels.
Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.
Interest in semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform electrical and physical failure analysis for device anomalies and qualification failures.
Apply FA tools such as FIB/EDX, SEM, Ion Millers and CSAM in a lab environment.
Analyze test data using Bash/Python scripting in a Unix environment.
Collaborate with process owners and product teams to drive improvements.
Develop and implement new FA techniques to reduce turnaround time and improve accuracy.
Maintain lab safety and +6S standards and prepare detailed FA reports.
