Job summary

Nestlé Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to lead the Human Resources and Development functions at the Jurong factory. You will be responsible for employee relations, training, budgeting, salary administration, and compliance, while partnering with leadership to drive strategic HR initiatives.

The role emphasizes talent management, organizational design, and performance management, with a focus on building a proactive, compliant and engaged workforce in a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of work experience in HR within a manufacturing/plant environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HR strategy for the factory, aligning with short, medium and long term plans.
• Oversee employee relations, training & development, budgets, salary administration, and labour compliance.
• Lead staffing, organizational design, performance and talent management, and internal communication.
• Partner with Factory leadership to deliver HR programs and drive continuous improvement.
• Coordinate workforce planning, change management, and HR service delivery across the unit.
