Job summary

You should have strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with solid knowledge of safety standards and quality control to meet client specifications. This role is on-site at our manufacturing facility in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a supervisory role in manufacturing.
• Experience leading factory teams and coordinating production schedules.
• Strong problem-solving and bottleneck resolution skills.
• Solid knowledge of local workplace safety requirements (WSH/Safety).
• Ability to monitor quality and ensure compliance with client specs.

Responsibilities

• Daily Operations: manage day-to-day manufacturing activities and production schedules.
• Team Leadership: supervise, train, mentor floor staff.
• Quality Assurance: monitor processes to meet quality standards.
• Safety & Compliance: enforce WSH guidelines and conduct safety briefings.
• Equipment Maintenance: coordinate basic maintenance and report downtime.
• Inventory & Reporting: track materials and log output for management.
