Job summary

TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a manufacturing shift supervisor to lead daily operations at our Singapore facility.

You will monitor production schedules, drive efficiency, and ensure quality targets are met across the department. Responsibilities include managing manpower, conducting interviews, onboarding new operators, setting performance goals, and conducting annual reviews while upholding company policies.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O Level with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing.
• Proficient in MS Office for administrative tracking and scheduling.
• Strong communication and leadership with flexibility to cover alternative shifts when needed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift activities and drive production schedules to meet productivity and quality targets.
• Manage manpower allocation including shift coverage, leave, overtime, and cross-training.
• Conduct interviews, onboard operators, set performance goals, and provide orientation.
• Evaluate shop-floor workflows and recommend operational adjustments to improve efficiency.
• Conduct annual employee performance reviews while enforcing company policies.
